Our foster to adopt parents are typically allowed 2 to 3 weeks to decide. Discuss the foster period with the Wistful Whiskers authorized representative. We require payment of the adoption fee up front. It is fully refundable if the pet is returned safely to Wistful Whiskers during the foster period. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption.
